Sexual Health
Sexual health is shaped by emotional wellbeing, relationships, and personal development over time. At MyMove Together, counselling supports adults, adolescents, and teenagers navigating concerns around sexuality, behaviour, and identity. This includes support for young people in addiction recovery where sexual behaviour or coping patterns feel confusing or out of control. Sessions offer space to talk openly without judgement or pressure to explain everything at once. The work stays focused on safety, understanding, and healthy development. Support is structured, professional, and paced to match each stage of life.
Sexual Health and Adolescent Development
Adolescence is a critical period for learning about boundaries, consent, and relationships. Counselling supports teens who feel overwhelmed by expectations, peer pressure, or internal conflict around sexuality. Sessions help young people make sense of emotions and behaviours in a developmentally appropriate way. The focus stays on building awareness and confidence rather than shame.

Addiction Recovery and Sexual Behaviour
For some teenagers and young adults, addiction recovery brings sexual behaviour into sharper focus. Counselling supports understanding the link between coping strategies, emotional regulation, and sexual choices. This work helps reduce secrecy and confusion while supporting healthier patterns. Sessions are calm, contained, and grounded in psychological safety.

Relationships, Safety, and Self-Understanding
Sexual health is closely connected to how safe and understood someone feels in relationships. Counselling explores how past experiences, communication, and attachment shape current difficulties. This can include conversations about boundaries, consent, and emotional closeness. The aim is to support agency and self-trust over time.
